To think and to do are two different things.
Coming to grips with the tasks i have set myself and the inbaked realities of it.
- This is going to require a lot of time
- Yes, as time goes on my Rep per Minute (RPM) will increase. Back the rate of RPM increase is eclipsed by the evermarching schedule.
- This will quickly spiral out of something I can do before work in my semi normal routine. time will need to found to devote to this and no it can’t all come from sleep.
- One day a week is not a lot of rest
- My arms fucking hurt.
- I’ll worried im gonna injure myself early on
- It will get better ( I hope)
- There is a mythical point where my body will start adapting and getting stronger. When that will hit and with what intensity is known only by the fickle winds.
- Right now “my legs are still cold and need to warm up” to use the running term.
